We provide professional consulting for industrial bakery layout design, thermal calibration of ovens, and hospitality kitchen workflow optimization. Deliverables include detailed reports, CAD layouts, calibration protocols, and on-site training. Services are tailored to each client’s specific operational requirements and facility constraints.
Clients must provide accurate information about their facilities, equipment, and production goals. Access to the site and relevant personnel must be granted in a timely manner. Failure to disclose critical details may affect the accuracy of our recommendations.
Australianpastrycompany is not liable for indirect damages arising from the implementation of our consulting recommendations. Our liability is limited to the total fee paid for the specific project. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes or production increases.
All reports, layouts, calibration data, and training materials remain the intellectual property of Australianpastrycompany until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for their own operations. Redistribution or resale of materials is prohibited.
Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice. In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. No refunds are provided for services already rendered.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email or through our website. Continued engagement after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Sydney.
